The Minikid 4 Pro is designed to ensure your child's safety and well-being throughout their journeys, up to the age of 7. Thanks to its soft, breathable fabrics, 13-position adjustable headrest, extended backrest and 2-level adjustable recline, it offers optimum comfort at every stage of growth.
The seat is simply fitted using the vehicle's safety belt. The Minikid 4 Pro has an integrated locking system, ensuring that the seatbelt is securely fastened and held in place at all times.
To make day-to-day use easier, a 6-step installation guide is printed on the side of the seat, so it can be fitted quickly and reliably every time.
In terms of safety, the Minikid 4 Pro has brilliantly passed the Swedish Plus Test, reputed to be the most demanding crash test in the world.
With its clever design, the seat requires 15 cm less space than other rear-facing models, while offering up to 30 cm of legroom for the child. It has been specially designed to encourage prolonged travel in the rear-facing position, which is the safest position for toddlers. Its compact size also means that three of them can be installed side by side, making it ideal for large families.

The Axkid Minikid 4 Pro car seat can be used with the child's back to the road from 61cm to 125cm (i.e. from 6/7 months to around 7 years - 36kg).
As a specialist in extended rear-facing car seats, Axkid recommends that your children travel with their backs to the road for as long as possible. In the event of a collision, the risk of serious injury is 5 times lower in a rear-facing car seat than in a forward-facing seat.
According to R129 approval, children up to 9 kg must travel with their backs to the road. With this approval, the Minikid 4 Pro can be used rear-facing up to 36kg. The aim is to guarantee perfect protection in the event of a collision. In the event of a frontal impact in an accident, the child's body is pushed to the bottom of the seat instead of being propelled forward. This protects the sensitive areas (head, neck and spine) that become more robust from the age of 4 onwards.

Tutorial for installation in a vehicle
Follow these steps to install this car seat correctly in your vehicle
Installation with seat belt
- Use the Tether Straps supplied with your car seat and tie a knot on each side of the front seat rails.
- Place the seat in the vehicle with its back to the road.
- Open the belt clip on the underside of the car seat cover and pass the vehicle's safety belt through the slots provided. Pull tight and close the clip.
- Hook the Tether Straps to the back of the seat and adjust them by hand until they are taut.
- Extend the strut, making sure it is engaged.
- Finally, clip the ASIP on the side closest to the door to ensure maximum safety for your child.
