The Minikid 4 Max is designed to accompany your child from 6 months to 7 years, ensuring maximum safety.
It's ultra-quick to install (less than 60 seconds) thanks to the self-retracting straps and SafeLock: an integrated belt locking system that guarantees a solid, secure fit.
Its compact design makes the most of space, while giving your legs plenty of freedom of movement (up to 30cm). It can be positioned at the front or rear of your vehicle thanks to its slim design.
Your child will enjoy made-to-measure comfort thanks to its soft, breathable textiles, adjustable headrest (13 positions), long backrest and 3-position recline. The 3-part reducer is designed to grow with your baby, ensuring a perfect fit at every stage.
Its 5-point harness has a non-slip surface and a magnetic system to keep the straps open when your child is installed in the car seat.
The Minikid 4 Max is certified by the very demanding Swedish Plus Test and tested well beyond the standard norms. It has become synonymous with extended rear-facing safety.

The Axkid Minikid 4 Max car seat can be used with the child's back to the road from 61 to 125 cm (i.e. from 6 months to around 7 years).
As a specialist in extended rear-facing car seats, Axkid recommends that your children travel with their backs to the road for as long as possible. In the event of a collision, the risk of serious injury is 5 times lower in a rear-facing car seat than in a forward-facing seat.
According to the R44/04 approval, children up to 9 kg must travel with their backs to the road. Approval R129 allows this requirement to be extended by making it compulsory for children to travel with their backs to the road until they are at least 15 months old, the aim being to guarantee perfect protection in the event of a collision. In the event of a frontal impact in an accident, the child's body is pushed to the bottom of the seat instead of being propelled forward. This protects the sensitive areas (head, neck and spine) that become more robust from the age of 4 onwards.

Tutorial for installation in a vehicle
Follow these steps to install this car seat correctly in your vehicle
Installation with seat belt
- Use the Tether Straps supplied with your car seat and tie a knot on each side of the front seat rails.
- Place the seat in the vehicle, either in the middle of the seat or by moving it back to the edge of the vehicle seat.
- Open the belt clip compartment.
- Open the green belt clip and pass the vehicle's seat belt through the slots on either side of the seat, starting with the one closest to you, then fasten the belt.
- Always make sure that the white line is clearly visible and buckle the straps into the anchoring rings. When you press down on the seat, the straps adjust automatically.
- Extend the strut and make sure it engages securely.
- Clip the ASIP to the side closest to the door to ensure maximum safety for your child.
